FABRICATION

Our team at Profile Metals are highly skilled in their profession, fabricating everything from simple jobs to the highly complex with multiple components and high quality finishes.

LASER CUTTING

Profile Metals offers precision laser cutting. We can cut most metals from as thin as 0.55mm. Anything from basic profiles, to innovative artwork, whether its 1 piece, or 10,000 pieces, we can help.

Our design team can take your rough sketch and create accurate drawings for you to approve. And our nesting process allows us to utilise materials efficiently, minimising waste, which allows us to offer our customers the best value for money service.

FOLDING

Using our press brakes, we provide fast and efficient folding services. We can assist you with anything from small one off jobs to production runs of hundreds of parts.

Our skilled team fabricate everything from simple transom rails and grab rails, right through complex boarding ladder systems and bow rails for superyachts exceeding 100 feet!

We design, supply and install many products like handrails, deck railings, pergolas and gates. Using innovative designs, our team can work with you, your builders or your architects to come up with a great looking product.

Our team, working with our customer who is one of New Zealand's largest suppliers of EV pedestals, has succeeded in producing a product that everyone is proud of!
